We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal leadership role within our Consumer Electronics Division.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess 9-12 years of experience as a Lead Member or 14-18 years of experience as a Leader in similar industries, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Selecting critical components such as PLCs, VFDs, Servos, Drives, Sensors, Switchgears, and Relays
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Fieldbus systems like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, and Signal Line Diagram
  • Understanding the principles of Human Safety devices like light curtains, area scanners, and gate switches
  • Leading teams of 2-4 members for Lead Members and 10-15 members for Leaders
  • Managing projects involving conveyors, robot cells, and SPMs
  • Reviewing electrical drawings and creating detailed analysis reports
  • Preparing lists of makes and architectures
  • Conducting functional and risk analyses
  • Reviewing designs and identifying areas for improvement

Key Authorities include work allocation to team members, communication with suppliers, and delegation of work to team members.

Requirements:

Proficiency in selecting and implementing PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and other control systems

Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of fieldbus systems, including Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, and serial communication protocols

Understanding of human safety principles and regulations

Leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
