Job Title: AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a talented AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.


Responsibilities
  • Develop automation solutions using AI and machine learning algorithms to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate complex tasks and workflows.
  • Implement advanced data models and algorithms to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on AI and machine learning algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP & Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
