Health Operations Senior Manager Consulting Expert

We are seeking a skilled Health Operations Senior Manager to join our team at Mercer in Noida.
About the RoleThis hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and involves serving US region clients in health and wellness solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of documents, report preparation, and data analysis.
- Create templates and generate reports based on predefined templates.
- Analyze data, summarize information for client presentations, and learn about industry-leading tools.
- Process RFPs, support call scheduling, project manage implementation activities, and work with vendors and client teams.
- Develop summary reports to ensure alignment with scope and budget requirements.
- Interact with vendors and partners supporting clients' health strategies and program delivery/administration.
- Support subject matter experts with content development and client delivery.
- Take the lead in new efficiency opportunities, deep dives, process mapping, and execute new process work.
- Utilize SmartSheet, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create internal and external deliverables.
- Research and refine intellectual capital and internal marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Data analysis, project management, and presentation design knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Act with a sense of urgency, demonstrating a proactive disposition and 'self-starter' mentality.
- Ownership of delivery on assigned work through self-planning and monitoring of all activities.
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
- Collaboration with diverse teams and communication with others in a skillful and engaging manner.
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in developing solutions using lean project management methodology.
- Fluent in English.
- BA/BS Degree, advanced degree in social work, public health, community development, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore model.
- Thorough understanding of peer review process/QC.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and with other colleagues in a collegial, collaborative manner.
- Ability to multitask/manage multiple critical projects with conflicting priorities.
- At least 3-5 years' work/business experience (experience in insurance or healthcare consulting is a plus).
A competitive salary of approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
