We are seeking a skilled Deputy Incident Management Specialist to join our Transmission Backbone Network team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing international transmission backbone networks and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your main duties will include:

  • 24x7 shift support for International Transmission Backbone network;
  • Work and resolve all Proactive, Reactive & RFO tickets (NET/QHF/FLT) and actions;
  • Follow internal and external Escalation as per guidelines for faster resolution of incidents that caused high impact on network.

You will be expected to engage next level support for complex issues, raise and follow-up trouble tickets, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
