Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the retail and manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail and factory roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Employee Engagement and Development

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities, games, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and motivation.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to understand employee needs and concerns.
  • Develop recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
