Seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in configuring and managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within CLM systems.
  • Modify and manage business rules, workflow logic, and security/user groups to align with organizational requirements.
  • Set up and maintain access controls, user groups, and role-based permissions.
  • Manage master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.
  • Support integrations and ensure seamless data flow between CLM systems and ERP systems.
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in database management or development and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
