Operations Excellence Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Predict, measure, and control product costing, margin analysis, and profitability across product lines.
  • Create and maintain accurate BOMs, overhead allocations, and cost structures to inform pricing strategies.
  • Support senior management in data-driven pricing decisions and ensure profitable product positioning.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs, and recommend process improvements to optimize expenses.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Metricate and monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to inform business decisions.
  • Support new product launches with cost simulations and profitability projections to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and company policies through diligent financial management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in an actionable manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background in industries like Sanitaryware, Faucets, Pipes & Fittings, FMCG, or Consumer Durables.
  • Experience working in high-SKU environments and channel-driven businesses.
  • Able to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
