P&E Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging position in the Elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough traffic analyses using specialized software to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Preparing informative presentations for clients, showcasing various options and solutions.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Participating in design review meetings and workshops, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Traffic analysis summaries for stakeholder approval.
  • Creating Civil Dimension matrices for finalized lift configurations, ensuring dimensions meet designated vendor specifications.
  • Preparing and presenting Design Brief Reports to clients.
  • Utilizing e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
  • Coordinating with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity.
  • Supporting clients during vendor discussions and collaborating with the e-Comply/Specification management team for vendor technical ratings.
  • Coordinating with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date performance data is maintained.
  • Collaborating during internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in the Elevator industry.
  • Proficient in Lifts and Escalator installation and/or commissioning and/or maintenance.
  • Excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Proficient in reading VHT GA drawings.
  • AutoCAD 2017 or Higher - Ability to read drawings and understand.
  • Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
