Role Overview
Citi is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Manager to join its Structured Credit and Real Estate Underwriting (SCREU) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering a multi-billion dollar portfolio of asset securitization transactions, primarily across the ABS and CLO asset classes. This is an intermediate-level position that requires conducting credit reviews, credit approval, and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor ongoing compliance of assigned deals with documented financing terms and conditions, portfolio performance, and financial triggers
• Assist with classification and risk rating processes, identifying data trends and deteriorating asset performance
• Manage and report risk exposures to structured vehicles backed by various asset classes, including derivatives exposures
• Perform in-depth fundamental credit analysis, monitoring company financial performance, risk metrics, and compliance with performance triggers

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in credit, portfolio management, or structuring in a financial institution, rating agency, financial guarantor, or asset management firm
• Solid experience in structured products or credit analysis
• Knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, financial modeling, credit analytics, risk assessment, and analysis of credit agreements
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to perform, review, or critique credit analysis on complex transactions
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
