We are looking for a skilled Data Architecture Transformation Lead to join our team at Fiserv. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and converting financial data from competitive banking software systems to our Fiserv Premier platform.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, and provide consultation during the implementation and conversion process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing project analysis to determine conversion and implementation requirements
  • Providing consultation to clients during the implementation and conversion process
  • Investigating and developing new department procedures
  • Providing conversion and implementation support to both internal and external clients
  • Communicating progress and any potential problems to management for awareness and resolution
  • Developing and maintaining tools used to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of conversion and implementation process

This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and experience in leading projects from end-to-end, as well as excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.
