**Job Title:** Athlete Development Specialist
**Company Overview:** Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) is India's first privately-funded, high-performance training centre for Olympic athletes.
**Job Description:
The Performance Analyst will be responsible for embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making at IIS, using performance data to drive improvements and contribute to the overall success of IIS athletes on the national and international stage.
**Key Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery of performance analysis services, including filming, coding, and analyzing data.
- Collaborate with sports scientists, strength and conditioning coaches, and physiotherapists to integrate analysis into wider performance programs.
- Develop and implement new analysis techniques and technologies to enhance performance outcomes.
- Maintain an organized video and data library.
**Requirements:
- Sports-related bachelor's degree, ideally in Performance Analysis, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in video analysis or sports data analytics.
- Proven experience in delivering performance analysis services in an elite or high-performance sports environment.
- Experience working with Olympic or professional athletes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
