The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions, managing multiple projects, and mentoring a talented group of creatives.

  • Translate client briefs into compelling creative strategies and ideas
  • Ideate across various formats, including social media, digital, film, static, and experiential
  • Lead projects through all stages, from concept to execution and delivery
  • Manage a creative team and resources across multiple projects
  • Pitch and present ideas to clients with confidence and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring concepts to life
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative leadership and execution skills
  • Experience working across various formats, including film, digital, social, experiential, and static
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Strong deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends
