Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize production costs without compromising product quality or brand integrity.
  • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Closely coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
  • Achieve 95% on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery rates.
  • Coordinate closely with the internal QA team to conduct pre-production review meetings, inline, midline & final inspection.
  • Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with the internal QA team as necessary.
  • Identify and onboard potential contract manufacturing partners capable of producing products in line with brand standards and requirements.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to develop long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
