About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative interior designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.

You will analyze user requirements and participate in research, conceptual, and development of designs. Your role will also involve presenting and expressing architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches. In addition, you will work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality
  • Analyzing user requirements and participating in research, conceptual, and development of designs
  • Presenting and expressing architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches
  • Working in a team and coordinating with other disciplines
  • Preparing complete construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architecture interior design
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or relevant field
  • 4-10 years of experience with good technical competency
  • Excellent knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
  • Additional software knowledge is a plus
  • Textures and material product selections
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections
  • Ergonomics
  • Architectural interior lighting
  • Sanitary fixtures and fitting product selections
  • Disability codes and layout applicability
Soft Skills

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess:

  • An enthusiastic, inventive, and imaginative mindset with positive work ethics
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent English language command
