We are currently seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our digital practice team.
The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years experience in advanced analytics and hands-on experience of at least 2 years in solving complex business problems using machine learning/deep learning techniques.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Design, train, and deploy predictive models to optimize business processes
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in solving business problems in supply chain, sales & marketing, and finance across CPG or similar industries
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Computer Science; masters degrees is a plus
- 2-4 years experience in data science/analytics role
- Mandatory prior experience in any of the following areas: Time Series Forecasting, Demand Forecasting, Python, Pricing Analytics, Customer and Marketing Analytics, Pricing and Promotion Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Digital Analytics, Predictive Maintenance/Predictive Quality
In-depth understanding of various machine learning algorithms
Ability to write robust codes in Python and familiarity with standard machine learning libraries is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Good team player, self-motivated, able to ideate and work on various initiatives
