API Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled API Manager to lead the development and maintenance of APIs across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and managing APIs using platforms such as Mulesoft and SnapLogic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage APIs using Mulesoft and SnapLogic.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of APIs, including creation, publishing, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
  • Security and Optimization: Ensure the security, scalability, and performance optimization of APIs.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Develop and enforce API governance policies and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across platforms.
  • Documentation and Support: Maintain documentation and provide technical support for API consumers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • API Management Platforms: Proficiency in Mulesoft API Manager and SnapLogic.
  • Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Cloud Computing and iPaaS: Expertise in cloud computing and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).
  • System Integration and Interface Design: Experience in system integration and interface design.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification: Certification in Mulesoft, SnapLogic, or other API platforms.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in API development and management.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successful system integration projects.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
