Job Description

Responsibilities

  6. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  7. Schedule Updates: Regularly review and update work schedules as needed, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  8. Motivation and Support: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, encouraging staff to ask questions and voice their concerns.
  9. Communication: Maintain transparency with the team about challenges, failures, and successes, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
  10. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
