Job Summary

The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a crucial role in creating and executing property-level communications to enhance the image of the hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, this position is responsible for promoting on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels.

Key objectives include driving consumer awareness, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.

This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions to both hotel guests and local patrons.

As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this position requires collaboration with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure effective integration of local, social, and digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities also include balancing traditional and digital marketing activities, contributing to public relations (PR) initiatives, and leveraging resources to create compelling marketing campaigns.
