Site Reliability Expert Wanted

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This exceptional individual will excel in automating systems, managing cloud infrastructure, and implementing observability solutions. To succeed, you'll need to strike a balance between technical expertise and a proactive mindset, driving system reliability and performance.

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Role. 2-3 days in office )

Experience level: Senior ( 7 years and above )

Schedule: Support US EST time zone ( 2 PM – 11 PM IST)

Key Qualifications:

  • Cloud & Automation: We're looking for someone with experience in using Python for cloud service automation, as well as skills to integrate cloud services into monitoring systems.
  • Infrastructure Management: Strong Terraform skills for cross-cloud infrastructure deployment are essential, along with Infrastructure as Code expertise.
  • Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Proficiency in resilient design patterns including failover and disaster recovery is crucial, along with practical experience with multi-cloud environments (primarily GCP and Azure).
  • Monitoring Systems: A comprehensive understanding of observability frameworks and ability to implement monitoring as code are required, along with experience with Dynatrace, Elastic, Splunk, and PagerDuty.
  • Logging & Alert Systems: Proficiency with Splunk and native cloud logging solutions is necessary.
  • Deployment Pipelines: Experience with Jenkins and Groovy implementation is desired, along with a strong CI/CD pipeline background.
  • Problem-Solving & Security: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, security vulnerability remediation experience, networking fundamentals, and security compliance knowledge (including Azure VM vulnerability assessment) are highly valued.

Additional Valuable Skills:

  • Java and .NET application development background is an asset.
  • Enhanced networking expertise can be beneficial.
