Job Title: Financial Systems Consultant

Location: PAN India, Aligarh

The role involves implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management
    • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
    • Fusion Tax
  • Functional Consulting:
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify functional needs.
    • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions to meet those needs.
    • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases to ensure successful deployment.
    • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization to maintain system integrity.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
    • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies to ensure accurate data transfer.
    • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
    • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals to facilitate effective system usage.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Project Collaboration:
    • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    • Participate in design reviews and solution validation to ensure alignment with project objectives.
