Cloud Engineering Opportunity

You will be a key member of our team, responsible for designing and deploying highly available and scalable GCP infrastructure to support applications and services.

As a cloud engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on GCP. You will develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Deployment: Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable GCP infrastructure to support applications and services.
  • Collaboration and Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations, to architect and implement secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on GCP.
  • Infrastructure Management: Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot GCP infrastructure performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and infrastructure, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption.
  • Automation and Tooling: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Application Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with GCP services.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock/Ping IAM products.
  • Deep understanding of IAM architecture, integration methods, REST APIs, and directory services.
  • Experience in Java development, Spring Boot, scripting, and secure coding standards.
  • Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments, particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy, and Directory Services concepts.
  • Should have knowledge of AD, LDAP, Database integration.
  • Java development experience for customizations and enhancements of IAM systems.
  • Knowledge of IAM solutions in Cloud environments and how IAM integrates within those platforms.
  • Experience with API security and integration using JSON, REST, and web services.
