About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team across regions. This role involves designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with global teams to implement custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as leveraging out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management.

Banking experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Cultivate approaches to meet client needs when required.
  • Understand client requirements and CRM capabilities, including OOB components and customization options.
  • Evaluate efforts around multiple approaches and present pros and cons for each option.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules and their out-of-the-box features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth delivery of requirements.
  • Able to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Proficient in developing plug-ins using C# and UI logic in JavaScript.
  • Able to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
