Financial Services Manager Job

This is a fascinating opportunity to make a meaningful impact in India's rapidly growing pension industry. The role entails acquiring and managing clients, executing projects, and promoting the National Pension System (NPS). You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by collaborating with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely working with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives & expand the customer base
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients
  • Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
