Senior Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to lead our protective coating development efforts. This role involves developing, formulating, and enhancing protective coatings for various industrial and infrastructure applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in coatings, polymers, and industrial applications, with 5+ years of experience in R&D, specifically in protective coatings, industrial coatings, or GIU (General Industrial Use) coatings.
Key responsibilities include product development, raw material evaluation, testing & quality assurance, innovation & research, collaboration, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, documentation & reporting, and customer support.
Requirements- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of resin chemistry, pigments, additives, and coating application techniques
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to paints and coatings
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to internal teams and customers
