Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager - Design to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the designing of multiple projects on a month-on-month basis, through a team of designers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as this role will require collaboration with designers, stakeholders, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of designers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on design quality and client satisfaction.

Skillset:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and other team members.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
