Senior Data Scientist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement deep learning architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras to improve model performance.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions.
  • Fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Deploy ML models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines that support our AI initiatives.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world problems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices to ensure our codebase remains scalable and efficient.
  • Perform model evaluation, A/B testing, and error analysis to improve performance and inform future development.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras to leverage their full potential.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to ensure our models are accurate and reliable.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL) to support our data-intensive projects.
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus to expand our capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong drive to learn and explore new technologies and methodologies to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
