About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage procurement systems and tools, developing and optimizing workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements to boost productivity and adherence to regulations.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, pinpoint areas for improvement, and track progress against goals.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations, conduct regular audits, and create corrective action plans to address any issues.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Automation Opportunities: Identify and leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • SAP Proficiency: Experience working with SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Structured Approach: Ability to work in a structured manner, maintaining organization and precision in task execution and project management.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
