Job Description

As a legal specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's commercial and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end contracts across various regions, including India, EM, US, and Europe. This includes negotiating, reviewing, drafting, finalizing, and signing off on contracts, as well as interacting with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of agreements.

Additionally, you will provide legal research and opinions on various matters related to the business, strategize and advise the business team/stakeholders on various issues, and drive legal projects such as process improvement and contract repository management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and has a strong understanding of pharma regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
