Security Architect - Vulnerability Management">

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our vulnerability management efforts, ensuring the security posture of our organization's platforms is enhanced through actionable hardening guidance and collaborative remediation efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts, principles, and best practices, as well as proficiency in using industry-leading vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Nessus, Tenable, Qualys).

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Security Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining vulnerability management processes and procedures, coordinating remediation activities with relevant stakeholders, and performing penetration testing to assess the effectiveness of security controls.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and develop practical security hardening guidance for various platforms.

You will also be responsible for recommending and implementing best practices to maintain a secure environment across multiple system layers.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts, principles, and best practices. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical information and make informed decisions.

In addition, you should be proficient in using industry-leading vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Nessus, Tenable, Qualys) and have a strong understanding of operating systems, networking protocols, and web application security.
