ETL Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned ETL development professional with strong expertise in migrating Informatica to SSIS. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust ETL processes, ensuring seamless migration and optimized workflows across multiple database systems.

About the Role:

  • Lead complex ETL migration projects from Informatica to SSIS, prioritizing accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration and transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Design workflow automation and job scheduling solutions for efficient data processing, minimizing manual intervention.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ETL processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Implement best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies to ensure compliance and quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in ETL development with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
