Human Resources Intern

As a human resources intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR manager in various aspects of the HR function. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Preparing orientation materials for new employees.
  • Maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Supporting performance management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
