Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team at AKS ProTalent. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us build our brand and acquire new clients through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent to identify opportunities for growth
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) of online and offline advertising campaigns to optimize our marketing budget
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement to inform our marketing strategy
- Track email campaign metrics, including delivery, open, and click-through rates, to refine our email marketing approach
- Monitor the performance of paid ad campaigns and adjust our budget distribution accordingly
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to stay ahead of the competition
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations to improve our online presence and engagement
- Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects, such as automation software and social media scheduling tools
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in Google Analytics and data analysis
- In-depth understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) campaign strategies and search engine optimization (SEO) practices
- Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
