Job Title: Content Developer and Project Manager

About the Role:

This is a managerial cum support role responsible for managing large numbers of Subject Experts and working closely with other Subject Administrators as per project requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop high-quality Question Banks for Assessments.

    • Create content, including MCQs in General Knowledge and Current Affairs.

    • Manage Question Banks:

      • Design and structure Question Banks.

      • Set quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.

    • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.

    • Manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):

      • Define selection criteria and strategy.

      • Monitor SME performance quality.

      • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.

      • Coordinate extensively with SMEs for test development activities.

    • Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.

    • Support Lead Subject Administrator in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.

    • Analyze questions post-exam and report to higher management.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.

    • Understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.

    • Experience working in the education sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development.

    • Good command over English, both written and spoken.

    • Good command over spoken Hindi.
