Job Title: Benefits Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Benefits Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for administering benefit schemes for employees of our clients while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all steps on member activity and responding to queries from members, providers, and clients. They will also produce letters and documentation, develop an understanding of defined benefit and contribution schemes, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement, and deliver to standards of quality and timeliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process transactions and queries by following standard procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Follow client member-specific requirements to meet client needs.
  • Apply the processes and procedures of the team in daily work.
  • Achieve team and individual targets, KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.
  • Review and update procedures and documentation.
  • Active participation in trainings and support the team in smooth transition of work.
  • Contribute to the team and support colleagues based on their needs.
  • Maintain required levels of technical knowledge and behavioral standards, especially regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
