We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations in Agra and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Ecommerce Strategies
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize performance and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage and oversee the ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the ecommerce landscape.
• Lead and Mentor Ecommerce Professionals
• Prepare and present regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ecommerce performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 per annum.
