Lead Database Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Database Developer to spearhead database initiatives and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale databases, with expertise in optimizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge database solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain and optimize database performance, ensuring data consistency and security.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on database best practices and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in MySQL management, with a strong understanding of database architecture and design.
  • Expertise in SQL, stored routines, and database optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix-based operating systems and proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Experience with HA and clustering solutions, as well as large-scale MySQL deployments.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
