About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Commissioning Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Field Operation Test & Commissioning team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and executing testing activities in support of our projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute testing activities in support of one or several projects and/or programs, for technologies of railway signaling under the direction of your hierarchy and in conformance with Alstom Transport policies and standards, applicable regulations, and professional standards (including EHS).
  • Execute specific testing activities according to the testing procedure/documentation and Sub-system Leader/a/o PrCOM instruction.
  • Support the V&V team and perform tests on the platform/in factory as per request.
  • Comply with EHS procedures.
  • Perform activities with quality, especially test reporting.
  • Use the correct tools and equipment to perform electrical and mechanical test activities. Ensure the equipment and tools in your care.
  • Use and maintain PPE defined by EHS.
  • Alert your hierarchical superiors to any risk identified during testing activities, and especially alert any hierarchical manager (Sub-System Leader, PrCOM, PM, RC TCM, ...) if any EHS risk is identified.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate
  • 10 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling & Train Control projects
  • 5 years of experience in ETCS L2
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
  • Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view
  • Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English language
  • IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
