We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Risk and Compliance Officer - Hybrid. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying risks across the business and organizing cross-functional solutions. You'll also assist in performing monitoring reviews that augment the principles defined per ARCM (Activity, Risk, Control & Monitoring).
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- ability to function independently;
- proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
