  • Stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving mobile landscape and continuously improve skills and knowledge.\
  • Conduct technical meetings and discussions with clients, providing expert guidance with minimal supervision.\
  • Provide superior technical architecture guidance to junior developers, mentoring them to grow professionally.\
  • Apply basic design principles to create scalable applications that meet user needs.\
  • Effective communication is key; develop strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate successfully.\

Required Skills/Experience:

  • \
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field is essential.\
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of Android development expertise.\
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in Android systems design and internals are crucial for success.\
  • Production-level Android development experience using Kotlin (2+ years) and MVVM/Clean Architecture with Jetpack Compose for UI (2+ years).\
  • Proficiency in one or more modern mobile development frameworks, such as Flutter, React Native, iOS, or Android, is highly valued.\
  • Cross-platform mobile application development framework experience is a plus.\
  • Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in creating intuitive apps with pixel-perfect interfaces.\
  • A working knowledge of several architectural approaches, caching, data storage, and security is necessary.\
  • Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures, are essential for this role.\
  • Understanding of interactive application development paradigm under memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency, and multithreading.\
  • Knowledge of packaging mobile applications in libraries or modules or apps for distribution.\
  • Strong understanding of testing practices, including unit and UI testing.\
  • Ability to work with the latest mobile tools and technologies is required.\
  • Experience in an Agile environment is beneficial.\
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.\
