Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team at Bohiyaanam Talent. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements. This includes screening potential employees' resumes to identify suitable candidates, scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, and preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates.

About You
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements
- Screen potential employees' resumes to identify suitable candidates

- Assist the HR staff in gathering market salary information
- Use LinkedIn and other job portals to get suitable candidates

Requirements
