Artificial Intelligence Development Lead

We are seeking a distinguished expert in the field of artificial intelligence to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge shopping assistant.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced AI models for price optimization and reward maximization
  • Lead the implementation of natural language processing for shopping interactions
  • Architect and develop our core AI shopping assistant with emphasis on scalability and efficiency
  • Develop recommendation systems for products and deals, utilizing data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with data providers to embed relevant data into RAG vector stores

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in AI engineering with a strong background in deep learning
  • Expertise in NLP, recommendation systems, and ML deployment with a focus on cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI, including model deployment and monitoring
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in modern AI frameworks
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git

Technical Skills:
  • Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow
  • NLP: Transformers, LLMs, BERT/GPT models
  • MLOps: Model deployment, monitoring, and scaling
  • Cloud: AWS, GCP AI services
