Job Overview

Our company seeks a skilled professional to own and execute end-to-end implementations of our flagship product. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver client implementation projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Manage project phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Establish strong rapport with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects according to agreed key performance indicators.
  • Test end-to-end process flows and provide hands-on user journey training to drive adoption.
Requirements:
  • Professional services experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Good understanding of system development life cycle processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international clients/projects and exposure to business analysis, domain knowledge, and team player qualities are highly valued.
  • Order-to-Cash related business process experience is a plus.
