Lead Interior Designer

The role of Lead Interior Designer is crucial in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality. A successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client aspirations into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership & Oversight: Lead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers, ensuring all design deliverables align with luxury brand ethos.
  • Consultant & Team Management: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, build and mentor a strong internal team of 3–5 design managers, and provide structured guidance and review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions, partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent, and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery, and uphold luxury standards of precision.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish.

  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail.
  • Commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality.
