Our organisation seeks a talented English Communication and Soft Skills Coach to drive measurable improvement in students' speaking fluency, presentation skills, interview success, and classroom performance.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful English communication training for students (ages 12–18). Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging lessons: spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Running workshops: presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Designing assessments; tracking progress and producing concise reports.
  • Using child-sensitive pedagogy and understanding adolescent psychology to connect, motivate, and manage students effectively.
  • Mentoring students individually – helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.
  • Collaborating with the academic team to integrate communication goals across curriculum and camps.

Success will be measured by:

  • Noticeable improvement in students' spoken confidence and clarity within weeks.
  • Higher participation in class discussions and presentations.
  • Improved performance in interview simulations and external assessments.
  • Positive feedback from parents and demonstrable progress documented through assessments and portfolios.

Key requirements include:

  • Exceptional spoken & written English; able to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology/child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
  • Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning.
  • Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
