Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our Revenue Management Department, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% error-free revenue recognition and effective recoveries of outstanding payments.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Interface Role
  • Ensure timely billing to all agencies
  • Manage disputes with agencies and customers
  • Maintain accurate customer codes with proper documentation
  • Controllership Role
  • Book value addition orders and invoices
  • Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances
  • Coordinate with auditors and statutory auditors
  • Banking
  • Manage banking products and clearing collections
  • MIS and Finance Reporting
  • Prepare month-end reports and presentations on revenue and collections
  • Calculate classified, display, and canvasser incentives
  • Legal and Compliance
  • Ensure GST and TDS compliance
  • Commercial and Cost Control
  • Reconcile debtors, provisions, and cost ledgers
  • Review legal contracts and barter arrangements
  • Budgeting exercise and document management setup
  • IT Tools
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of experience
  • Strong communication, time management, process management, and result-oriented skills

As a key player in the Revenue Management Department, you will have a significant impact on the company's financial performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A strong understanding of financial systems and processes is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
