Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to design and implement cutting-edge AI systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Intelligent Products:
    • Create products that leverage the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
    • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into our production systems.
  • High-Performance Search and RAG Systems:
    • Design and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Evaluation Frameworks:
    • Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with popular AI agent stacks and vector databases.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training, and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
