We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Identity Platform Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, engineering, developing, deploying, and supporting features for our large-scale enterprise organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, engineering, developing, deploying, and supporting features for a large-scale enterprise organization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems
  • Developing and maintaining metric dashboards and monitoring/alerting systems
  • Providing day-to-day operations of requests, incidents, and problems
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for team and integrating applications

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • About 4 to 6 years of experience in identity management solutions, cloud security, and customer identity platform engineering
  • Demonstrated understanding of Azure AD B2C, application insights, log analytics, Azure app services, and Azure API management
  • Experience with Dev Enablement Tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Postman, Hopscotch, etc.)
  • Ability to support 24/7 coverage (rotational on-call support)
