Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled data professional to lead the development and implementation of large-scale data architectures, utilizing cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable data systems that cater to business needs.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize performance in complex data environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill technical complexities into actionable solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies, applying this knowledge to enhance data engineering practices.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or solution design in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and advanced SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning in large-scale data environments.
  • Solid understanding of analytics for risk and compliance use cases.
