Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and maintain highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment
  • Manage deployments in QA/Stage/Production environments and collaborate with stakeholders as required
  • Institute infrastructure as code, security and process automation and automate routine maintenance tasks
  • Ensure security and vulnerability patching
  • Develop and deliver knowledge-sharing presentations and documentation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years experience working on AWS, Kubernetes Orchestration and EKS
  • 6+ years production environment experience
  • Infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible
  • Linux environment experience with at least one scripting language
  • CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, Harness or ArgoCD
  • Application Performance Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Instana, Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty, Pingdom and Cloud Watch
  • Source control and management tools like Git
