Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Application Developer to join our team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing applications using AS400/RPG technologies.
  • A strong emphasis will be placed on expertise in RPGLE, RPG Free formatting, and JSON development.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality modules in RPGLE and RPG Free formatting, showcasing a solid programming and design background.
  2. Design and develop efficient SQL and SQLRPGLE solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Lead teams from a development and system support setting, ensuring seamless execution and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  4. Take ownership of tickets, resolving them in accordance with SLA, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Represent the IT team in meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  6. Ensure QA and testing are conducted to the highest standards, driving excellence and speed in all endeavors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Development of in-house software.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications.
Working Style

This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action, comfortable working in vendor or custom-built environments.
